Ben Oyzon
After a freak skateboard accident a few years ago, Ben broke his leg and tore three ligaments in his ankle. Being a martial artist, dancer, and mover most of his life, physical therapy helped strengthen his ankle, but did not re-align and re-teach him to walk properly. Ben then discovered Pilates. With Pilates, yoga, and other forms of exercise, he has rehabilitated himself almost 100%. Having an engineering degree, and having had so many other injuries, Ben became fascinated with the human body, and bio-mechanics. Under Kim Kuznitz’s tutelage, Ben became a Pilates instructor. And now, Ben is also back to dancing, performing, martial arts,
and spinning fire. |
